We manufacture stainless steel caramel pans heated by kerosene burners to produce caramel from white sugar to colour spirit (rum, brandy, whisky, etc) and for confectionary purposes. Standard production capacity is some 120 Litres of caramel from 125 kg white sugar per batch.
